A remote filter housing that allows the user maximum flexibility with hose connections due to the four ports - one inlet and one outlet on each side - yet retains excellent appearance and technical characteristics. Supplied with matching blanking plugs and -10 AN/JIC hose adaptors to give a well rounded and professional appearance.
The oil inlet and return hoses can be connected from either side, the unused port will be blanked off with the bespoke billet aluminium plug. The important consideration is the oil flow direction through the filter. Oil flows into the filter housing via either of the back two ports and exits via either of the front two ports.
Will mount on any flat surface and comes complete with fixing bolts and washers.
Can be used with a regular 3/4UNF oil filter unit or our Billet Inspection Oil Filter (TVC300).
This unit does not have a facility to fit a temperature or pressure sensor in the supplied form, however a blanking cap can be changed for a 1/2BSP to 1/8NPT plug (as supplied with TVC60 and also available in the MIH Parts catagory) that will allow a sensor to be fitted. We also stock other fittings to allow various threaded sensors to be installed, also listed in the MIH Parts catagory). Sensors with 1/8NPT threads can be fitted into any of the MIH Performance oil sandwich plates or take off plates that all have two spare 1/8NPT ports.
