How we process your online purchase

From purchase to delivery - your order is safe with us.

Order Confirmation

Immediately you purchase online we will e’mail you with an order confirmation which is automatically generated.

At our office your order is printed out and checked to ensure we have all the necessary details. A copy of your order will be issued to our stores, who will collate your items in readiness for packing and despatch.

If we have any questions or if we need to check any details we will contact you by e’mail or by phone at our earliest opportunity.

Preparing your Goods

Everything you purchase from Speedflow is picked and then inspected prior to packing. The goods are then doubled checked against your order by a second person.

Packing

We pride ourselves with the way we pack all items for despatch. Our packing cartons are fully lined with corrugated card and every item is either boxed or bagged within this carton. Cut hose and any items that are heavy or have sharp edges will also be wrapped with bubble wrap. Any void within the carton is filed with polystyrene chips. The cartons are sealed with Speedflow packing tape.

Payment

We take payment when we process your order, usually immediately before despatch.

Despatch

The vast majority of orders are processed and despatched same day. In some instances we may not have stock of an item; this is a rare occurrence as we stock thousands of parts and fittings and in high volumes on fast moving parts, but does sometime occur. Should this happen we will call you at the earliest opportunity to confirm the delivery schedule.

Our deliveries are next day, weekday. We can arrange Saturday deliveries or time sensitive deliveries, please call to discuss.

Delivery Monitoring

Everything we despatch will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone will be available to receive the goods.

We monitor all deliveries to ensure they reach the destination.
